David Melverton
National Director
With over 25 years of experience valuing residential, prestige, commercial, industrial and retain assets, National Director David Melverton provides expert property insight with deep knowledge of the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Sydney regions. David is a certified practising valuer (CPV), an associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Land Economics.
Ben Barclay
National Director
Boasting over 16 years of experience, National Director Ben Barclay is a certified practising valuer (CPV) specialising in a range of property assets including residential, prestige, commercial, industrial, and retail. Ben is complemented by deep experience in property development and quantity surveying, as well as formal education including a Bachelor of Business and Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Property.

November 2021: City Valuers Group and Central Coast Property Advisory Services merge to form Valuation Partners.
February 2024: Valuation Partners acquirers Property Valuations NSW (PVNSW) mortgage valuation division.
